Translated:

The wind, the blow, murmur that came from the North
A wandering thought rises from my end.
I sit on the throne of a decadent life

Choosing oblivion with darkened wings.
I painted my muse with a never ending flame,
And I sigh, sweet languor, before the fall of my soul.

A remake of my very first digital illustration. See it here: [link]

It ends
and I stare
and I stare
at the creases in my fingers
in my hands
in your hair
It ends

and you appear
unbeknownst to me--if ever we were one
like a picture through a window
slowly closing

It ends and I can't feel
my cross has gone
I cannot kneel
the wounds won't come
this is unreal
I know I am nothing

It ends

impossible to grasp
but not to see
My life with you
it end

with me.

I prefer this version. The figure on the right seems much more interesting and mysterious without a face, more sinister. Beautiful piece.

I think this piece shows, if not so much a shift in your technical skill--which is very evident-- but more of a shifti n mentality. I can't speak for you, of course, but the choices to create a darker peice with the white highlights of the hands, I think, says something about a chang ein approach. I love the use of strong whites and blacks, the contrast adds an interesting aspect to the overall image. The hands in the image have tremendously improved--they have real substance,a sense of l ight falling upon them, to them. More so then the original, anyway. It seems you've desaturated the colours of the leftmost image--and that makes it fit, I think, a bit better with what you did with the rest of the image. The composition also seems somewhat fine tuned, but then agian tihs image is presented in a smaller format, which may be throwing my off there.

This is a beautiful, haunting image.

I'm fine if I only know what I'm doing a third of the time.

nicely done and used darkness quite effectively
only the trees and the wind could be depiced more detailed and fragile in my taste.
